8. RNA storage

  • RNA水溶液可在4度暂时保存(一天内),长期保存应放在-80度冰箱,并避免反复冻融。

  • exRNA由于浓度低、碎片化等特性,最好即提即用,暂存于-80度不可超过一周。

  • RNA可在无水异丙醇、无水乙醇中,-20度或-80度保存一年

  • 核酸的稳定性,与温度成反比,与浓度成正比

  • 在低浓度的核酸中加入 Geletin, Glycogen, BSA 可以稳定核酸,
